That is video footage from the LaserTron conference which we have posted on youtube and used for commercials and such.

I don't know the details, but this is clearly a group (young soldiers = video game team or some sort of quasi ROTC group?) that is planning an event at XP LaserSport. We've had groups do this before like the chicken in a laser tag vest for a local church group:
